Circuit Court of Appeals in the case of Association for Community Affiliated Plans v. U.S. Department of Treasury, to oppose the Trump Administration rule allowing the sale of so-called Short-Term Limited Duration Health Insurance Policies that do not protect people with pre-existing conditions and do not have to cover essential benefits:
