In 2024, President Biden bestowed upon Speaker Pelosi the nation's highest civilian honor, the Presidential Medal of Freedom. Over the years, she has received several additional high-profile accolades, including:

- the Four Freedoms Medal (2023)
- the LBJ Liberty & Justice for All Award (2019)
- the Profile in Courage Award (2019)
- the Ripple of Hope Award (2019).
A powerful voice for security, prosperity and democracy on the world stage, Pelosi has been presented with the top civilian awards from foreign governments, including Spain (2023), Ukraine (2022), Taiwan (2022), Greece (2022), Japan (2015) and Italy (2009).
In 2013, Pelosi was inducted into the National Women’s Hall of Fame in a ceremony at Seneca Falls, New York.
