Ramstein Air Base, Germany — Speaker Nancy Pelosi wrapped up a four-day Congressional Delegation to the Middle East and Afghanistan today by meeting with troops and visiting wounded warriors in Germany.

Kabul, Afghanistan - Speaker Nancy Pelosi led a Congressional Delegation to the Kandahar Province in Afghanistan today, where they received a briefing from the commander of the South Region of the International Security Assistance Force (ISAF).
To honor women on Mother's Day, the delegation then went to Qalat, in the province of Zabul, where they had a working lunch with female troops, and U.S. AID and non-governmental personnel who work with Afghan women.

Kabul, Afghanistan – Speaker Nancy Pelosi led a Congressional Delegation to Afghanistan, where they met today with U.S. Forces and were briefed by U.S. Ambassador Karl Eikenberry and General Stanley McChrystal, commander of the International Security Assistance Force and U.S. Forces-Afghanistan.
The delegation met tonight in Kabul with President Hamid Karzai to discuss the political and security situation in Afghanistan.
