End the Shutdown Today
The Republican attempt at a piecemeal approach to governing is nothing more than a political gimmick and a non-starter. Our colleagues across the aisle have shut down the government – and they can’t cherry-pick their way out of it. The government shutdown could be over in hours if Republicans could stop being the party of “no” and just take “yes” for an answer. Democrats have already stated that they are ready to cooperate.
