Seoul, Republic of Korea – Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi released the following statement upon the conclusion of her bipartisan delegation's visit to the Republic of Korea:
"A highlight of our visit to Korea was a moving ceremony, presided over by Speaker Chung Ui-hwa of the National Assembly, honoring Chairman Charles Rangel, who is veteran of the Korean War and a longtime advocate for the Republic of Korea. The tribute continued at an interparliamentary luncheon, which provided an excellent opportunity for dialogue with senior Korean lawmakers.

Hanoi, Vietnam – Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi and her bipartisan delegation concluded a two-day visit to Vietnam that focused on security cooperation, human rights and trade, given the pending Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) trade agreement currently under negotiation. The Congressional delegation met with American and Vietnamese business leaders, labor experts and activists, and human rights activists and representatives from Vietnamese civil society.

Andersen Air Force Base, Guam – Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi is leading a bipartisan Congressional delegation trip to Cambodia, Vietnam, Myanmar, Korea and Japan. The delegation arrives in Cambodia on Saturday, beginning the five-nation trip focused on critical issues underpinning U.S. relations with the region, including security cooperation, human rights, and trade. The delegation stopped in Guam en route to Asia to refuel and receive a briefing with U.S. Air Force 36th Wing Mission Commander Andrew Toth.
