San Francisco – Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi released the following statement as corporate profits continue to skyrocket while real wages remained flat:

"The GOP tax scam for the rich has handed soaring profits to wealthy corporations from Big Phama to Wall Street, but hard-working Americans have seen their real wages stagnate.

"Corporate boardrooms are celebrating massive tax breaks, while working families across America are finding it harder and harder to make ends meet. Hard-working men and women deserve a Congress that works For The People, instead of one that stacks the deck further for big corporations and the wealthiest 1 percent."
