Pelosi Statement on House Intelligence Committee Release of Majority’s Russia Report

Washington, DC – Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi issued the following statement after the House Intelligence Committee released the Majority's Russia Report:

"House Intelligence Committee Republicans' final report is the fundamentally flawed result of a fundamentally flawed investigation.

"The House GOP made a mockery of the Intelligence Committee and its investigation into foreign attacks on our democracy, degrading it into a cowardly campaign to hide the facts of the Trump-Russia scandal for the President. Their cover-up for President Trump undermines our national security.

"Republicans must now release the transcripts from this investigation to set the record straight, and to ensure the public has access to critical information about the Trump-Russia scandal. In the face of future attacks on our democracy, we cannot stand idle.

"House Democrats will continue to investigate Russian attacks on our elections. We will not relent in our effort to follow the facts and secure our elections from foreign interference. We have no time to waste."
