Washington, D.C.– Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi is leading a Congressional delegation to Italy and Ukraine, focused on security cooperation and NATO operations, and strengthened economic ties.

The delegation will meet with government officials in Rome and receive briefings in Naples at the U.S. Naval Forces Europe and Africa Headquarters and the Allied Joint Forces Command Headquarters. They will also visit the Milan Expo 2015, where they will tour the USA Pavilion, "American Food 2.0: United to Feed the Planet." "The American people were inspired by the courage of the people of Ukraine. We will affirm our support for Ukraine's efforts to restore stability to the region, and to stand with the Ukrainian people in their search for needed political and economic reforms."
