Pelosi, Democratic Caucus Approve Key Committee Recommendations

Washington, D.C. – Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi announced today that the Democratic Caucus had approved recommendations for a series of new appointments of Members of Congress to seats on key House committees in the 113th Congress.
“House Democrats bring experience, dignity, persistence, and perseverance to the tasks of growing our economy, creating jobs, expanding our middle class, ensuring our national security, and staying true to our values of equality, transparency, and opportunity for all,” Leader Pelosi said. “On each of these committees, our colleagues will stand firm on behalf of the interests of their constituents, the principles of our Caucus, and the will of the American people.”
Each of the following Members will serve in these posts effective immediately:
