Washington, D.C. – Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi announced today that Terri McCullough, Chief of Staff in her Congressional office and an advisor on policy affecting women and families, will be leaving to serve as Executive Director of the Tory Burch Foundation in New York.

"For over fifteen years, Terri has been an invaluable leader on my staff who helped shape our work in Washington and San Francisco," said Leader Pelosi. "In the Office of the Speaker and Democratic Leader she has been an exemplary manager, motivator and mentor to many, and I will greatly miss her thoughtful counsel and dedication. Terri has been particularly focused on advancing opportunity for women. I am so pleased that this new leadership role will allow her to continue and expand upon those important efforts."

Pelosi has named Catlin O’Neill as her new Chief of Staff. O’Neill began working for Pelosi in 2002 and currently serves as her Deputy Director of Floor Operations in the Office of the Democratic Leader.

“With public service in her DNA, Catlin’s sharp instinct, steadfast determination, and impressive knowledge have been integral in advancing House Democrats’ legislative agenda through the years,” Leader Pelosi said. “I look forward to working with her in this new capacity to allow me to best represent San Francisco in the Congress, and I know my constituents will benefit from her talent and leadership.”

O’Neill holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Vermont in Sociology. She will begin her new duties in September.
